Vismaya Mohanlal’s Thudakkam to Stream on JioHotstar from September 18

Vismaya Mohanlal’s Thudakkam, will begin streaming on JioHotstar from September 18. Directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, the film is written by Jude Anthany Joseph, Akhil Krishna and Lineesh Nellikkal. It is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.

Set against the backdrop of a picturesque hill village, Thudakkam tells the story of Meenu, a young woman who leads a happy life with her father. When an unexpected crisis turns her world upside down, Meenu is forced to confront it with courage and determination. Her fight for survival forms the heart of the film.

Alongside Vismaya Mohanlal, the film features Ashish Joe Antony, Sai Kumar, Chippy Renjith, K. B. Ganesh Kumar, Manoj K. Jayan, Jaffer Idukki, Bobby Kurian, Kottayam Ramesh, Miya George and Dinesh Prabhakar in prominent roles. Mohanlal also makes a special appearance in the film.

The film’s cinematography is handled by Jomon T. John, with editing by Chaman Chakko and music composed by Jakes Bejoy.

Vismaya Mohanlal’s Thudakkam will be available to stream on JioHotstar from September 18 in five languages — Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
