Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra — Streaming on JioHotstar from October 31

Rewriting the history of Malayalam cinema, Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra will be streaming on JioHotstar from October 31. The film presents a brand-new world of cinematic experience for the audience. The screenplay and dialogues have been written by Dominic Arun and Santhy Balachandran, and the film is directed by Dominic Arun himself. Lokah is produced by Dulquer Salmaan under the banner of Wayfarer Films.

 

Recognized as Malayalam cinema’s first superwoman film, Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra has already broken box office records across Kerala since its theatrical release.

 

Kalyani Priyadarshan portrays the lead character Chandra, with Naslen playing a prominent role. The film also features Sandy Master, Arun Kurian, Chandu Salim Kumar, Nishanth Sagar, Raghunath Paleri, Vijayaraghavan, Jain Andrews, Shivajith Padmanabhan, and Sunny Wayne, along with several other leading Malayalam actors. Tovino Thomas and Dulquer Salmaan make special cameo appearances.

 

The film’s music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, cinematography is by Nimish Ravi, and editing is handled by Chaman Chakko.

 

From October 31, Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra will be available to stream in seven languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali. Don’t miss this visual spectacle that brings an extraordinary new world to life.
